I think that selling those seats without telling the customer is abusive. Let me start by saying that, although I love First State Ballet Theatre's music, this concert was a big disappointment, not because of him but because of the venue. If I would have had a seat choice, I would have never bought this ticket. When I bought the tickets, they assigned me a seat so far that they had set up a horrible TV so we could see what was going on in the stage. Is it really worth it to sell out a concert if you are going to lose fans? It was very, very disappointing.
